Information you provide
When you contact Stonrock by email or through the support form, you may provide your name, email address, Shopify store URL, theme and preset, subject, message, and any other information you choose to include.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment data, customer personal information, or other sensitive credentials through the support form.
How information is used
Information submitted for support is used to understand and respond to theme bugs, setup questions, and requests about documented theme functionality. It may also be used to maintain the theme and improve its documentation.
Form delivery and storage
The website hands valid support submissions to the hosting account's email service for delivery to Stonrock. The website does not intentionally write submitted messages to publicly accessible files or a public database. Email providers and hosting infrastructure may retain technical logs and delivered messages under their own policies.
Technical data
The hosting provider may automatically process standard server data such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and response status for security, reliability, and operational logging. Stonrock does not currently use third-party advertising trackers on this website.
Sharing
Stonrock does not sell support information. Information may be processed by the hosting and email services needed to operate the website and deliver support messages, or disclosed when legally required.
Retention
Support correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain the theme, resolve disputes, or meet applicable obligations. Retention depends on the nature of the request and the systems used to communicate.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of support information by emailing support@stonrock.com. Some information may need to be retained where required or reasonably necessary.
External services
Links may lead to Shopify or other merchant-selected services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices.
Changes
This notice may be updated when the website, support workflow, or applicable requirements change. The revision date at the top identifies the current version.
