The website describes Stonrock and its theme products using information believed to be accurate when published. Product availability, features, documentation, and links may be updated as the products evolve.
No performance guarantee
References to lightweight or performance-conscious architecture describe implementation choices, not a guarantee of a particular Lighthouse score, loading time, conversion rate, revenue result, or outcome. Store content, apps, scripts, media, Shopify services, devices, and networks affect performance.
Documentation
Public documentation is provided to help merchants configure and use supported theme functionality. It is general technical information and does not replace Shopify documentation, professional legal advice, accessibility consulting, tax advice, or other specialist guidance.
Theme support scope
Theme support includes Smash bugs, setup questions, and documented theme functionality. Custom development, app-specific customizations, content entry, store management, and full store redesigns are not automatically included.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for store content, product information, policies, apps, legal compliance, accessibility obligations, customer data, backups, and reviewing changes before publishing. Never send Stonrock passwords or private access credentials through the public support form.
Third-party services
Shopify, apps, reservation providers, email services, hosting services, and other third parties operate under their own terms. Stonrock does not control those services and cannot guarantee their availability or behavior.
Intellectual property
Stonrock branding, website content, documentation, and theme materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any license to a Shopify theme is governed by the distribution and license terms supplied with that product or through its authorized marketplace.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit malicious content, abuse support channels, or use the site in violation of applicable law.
Changes and availability
The website and documentation may be corrected, updated, suspended, or changed. Stonrock may revise these terms by publishing an updated version and revision date.
